Mr. Gregory Smith is the Vice President of Operations for Pacifica Companies’ multi-family division, Pacifica SD Management. As the Vice President, Mr. Smith oversees all day-to-day business functions of the division including optimizing asset performance of a portfolio of 50+ locations. Gregory also manages a large team numbering over 300. Mr. Smith brings over 30 years of experience in real estate and property management to the Pacifica team, and leads a robust department housing over 10,000 happy residents.
Prior to joining Pacifica Companies in 2017, Mr. Smith served as the County of San Diego Accessor/Recorder/Clerk for 25 years. Gregory received his Bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from San Diego State University. In addition to a broad range of real world and educational experience, Mr. Smith is recognized as a thought-leader in the industry, participating in both the San Diego County Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
