John Phillips | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Phillips oversees all corporate financing, financial reporting, and accounting. Mr. Phillips is also involved in strategic planning and M&A. Before joining Pacifica Companies in 2005, Mr. Phillips provided debt and equity solutions and strategic planning to a variety of real estate concerns from his own firm. Mr. Phillips was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Windsor Capital Group, Inc., which owns and operates hotels and commercial real estate. Mr. Phillips also worked at Hotel Mortgage Recourses Corporation as the President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Phillips was also the Vice President and Controller for two public/private hotel companies, Trusthouse Forte and Atlas Hotels. Prior to that, Mr. Phillips received his CPA with Pannell, Kerr, Forster & Company. Mr. Phillips began his career with Palomar Financial Inc., a mortgage brokerage and servicing firm as an accountant. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of University of Southern California, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting.
