Pacifica Companies operates a USCIS approved EB-5 Regional Center, Golden Opportunity Regional Center (RCW1209050631). Golden Opportunity Regional Center is approved to operate in the following California based counties: San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo.
